I recently upgraded my PC to a windows 7 installation and went about finding drivers for the phone and trying to install the modem.

My recommended solution for those having the same issues is as follows:

1. Download the Satellite phone installer from mailasail (you do not have to be a mailasail customer)

http://www.mailasail.com/downloads/mailasail/SatInst.exe

2. Run the installer

3. Go to CONTROL PANEL then click on

PHONE & MODEMS then click on

MODEMS tab
(please note you may need to add a location before it lets you add a modem – this is irrelevant and can be added with whatever location you are familiar with)

ADD MODEM

DON’t DETECT MY MODEM

CHOOSE STANDARD 19200 bps MODEM

CLICK NEXT

and DONE.

You should now be able to go to the little icon on the bottom right of your screen where you choose your wireless network and see

IRIDIUM INTERNET DIALUP
